"Enable AMARIS consultant managers to ingest static team-structure images for third-party clients, enrich personnel records, and maintain a live, exportable organization chart. This addressed the critical gap where only static pictures of client team structures were available, lacking automated capture of roles, contact details, and bios."

1. User uploads org-chart image via UI to GCS. 2. 'DocProc' fetches image and calls Custom Document AI to extract raw hierarchy. 3. raw data is written to BigQuery. 4. 'EnrichProc' retrieves new rows and queries Lusha API for enrichment. 5. Looker Studio renders the live, hierarchical chart.
